Appointments can be made by telephoning 01349 863034 or online via the link above.  Please be advised that all staff are authorised to ask certain questions in order to ensure that patients receive the most appropriate medical care at the most appropriate time.

Our Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Doctors consult at different times during the week to allow flexibility.  Evening Doctors surgeries are available regularly.  Routine 15-minute GP appointments can usually be made two weeks in advance, which enables us to offer you an appointment at a time to suit you.  We also have Physiotherapists who have on the day appointments only.

Each day there are appointments for urgent matters that need to be dealt with on that day. Please phone as soon as possible after 8.00am if you feel you need to be seen on the day remembering that you may not be able to see a doctor of your choice.  There may be some urgent problems that are more quickly and effectively helped by another service and our staff will direct you to them.

Remember: if you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know immediately so we can offer it to another patient and avoid delays for everyone.

Emergencies

If you think the situation is critical dial 999 and call an ambulance immediately.  For example heart attack, stroke, collapse, sepsis.

If you require immediate medical attention that does not require an ambulance call the Health Centre on 01349 863034 and press ‘1’.
