Home Blood Pressure Readings Form

Dingwall Medical Group now has a very limited supply of blood pressure monitors available for short-term loans in specific situations. If you require regular blood pressure monitoring due to a long-term condition or medication, we strongly encourage you to invest in your own device. These blood pressure monitors are widely available and reasonably priced online or at your local pharmacy.
