Clinical Photography

Once received, we will forward your pictures to the doctor. Please note the following:

1. You have requested advice from a doctor and agreed to forward a photo/s to them.

2. It was agreed during the consultation that this photographic evidence will assist the doctor in providing your clinical care.

3. By uploading your photographs you are giving implicit, informed, consent that your images can be viewed, downloaded into your medical record and forwarded to the doctor you spoke to (or another doctor if the one you spoke to is not available).

4. You are also giving consent for your image/s to be forwarded by the doctor to another health professional for further advice or diagnostic purposes eg the dermatology department at Raigmore Hospital.

5. The images will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose without your express permission.
